2. Use all guards exactly as they should be used
Make all adjustments with the power off
Before connecting to a power source, make sure the switch is “OFF”

Start and stop the machine yourself-STAY WITH THE MACHINE UNTIL IT STOPS !!!
Keep a safe distance between your hands and all moving parts
Operate the machine by yourself - unless you need a helper

4. Never work on a machine or power tools when you are TIRED or HURRIED
Don’t lean or lounge on machines or tables
Give your machine your full attention. Don’t look away or talk to others
Never startle, speak, or distract in any way, someone who is using a power tool or machine

5. Be sure your hands are dry

When two people work on a machine, THE PERSON WHO IS OPERATING THE MACHINE should give all the instructions
Don’t leave a machine unattended while it is running!!!!

Notify your inst. if anything breaks or malfunctions
Get first aid treatment for every injury

Operating Precautions
• Never wear loose clothing or jewelry when using a portable power drill. Tie long hair back or secure under a cap. Always wear safety glasses or goggles when drilling.
• Use the correct drill bit for the type of material to be drilled and task at hand.

9. • Before plugging in a portable power drill, turn the power switch off.
• Insert bit into drill chuck and tighten with the chuck key. Remove chuck key from the drill chuck before starting the portable power drill.
• Keep your hands and fingers away from the rotating drill chuck and bit.

10. • Do not force a drill bit against the stock being drilled
• Do not force a drill bit against the stock being drilled. If a drill bit is not penetrating properly, turn the drill off and change the drill bit.
• Use caution when changing drill bits, as they are sharp and can become hot during use

Don't wear loose clothing, jewelry, or dangling objects, including long hair, that may catch in rotating parts.
Before starting a circular saw, be sure the power cord and extension cord are out of the blade path and are long enough to freely complete the cut.

14. Hold the saw with both hands after securing the work piece.
When you start the saw, allow the blade to reach full speed before contacting the workplace.
When making a partial cut, or if power is interrupted, release the trigger immediately and don't remove the saw until the blade has come to a complete stop.

guard in the open position. Keep your finger off the trigger when carrying the saw. Do not cut the power cord. Wait until the blade stops before laying down the
saw. When finished, unplug the saw and put it out of the reach of children.
