The PM has indicated he would like an assessment of any aspect of the program that is using Agile software development. The PM understands that there are some Lean concepts that should be implemented as part of any Agile development and he wants to ensure that increment 2 of JTAMS fully leverages Lean concepts as part of any Agile development approach.
