Using up energy can be both costly, and not too environmentally friendly. Most of our energy comes from non-renewable resources, and when we waste energy, we are unnecessarily using up parts of our earth that we cannot replace.

6 The Solution Since resources and money are the most important things of value to us, we must learn to rationalize both. By doing this not only will we be more successful financially, but we will slow down the consumption rate of our natural resources. These are some ways we can do that: Wire houses so that the least materials are needed Set lights in angles to cover more area Using compact fluorescent light bulbs installing timers, so that when lights are left on, eventually they will shut themselves off after a certain time Placing windows where they may receive more sun light
