Name: Polo Jeans University Employee Rewards Training Program Objective: “Professionalize” retail salespeople to learn the line and more effectively sell Polo Jeans to customers. Tactic: Online training course with instant win game Mechanics: Polo Jeans Co. University – an online training program created for Polo Ralph Lauren licensee by DJA. The program took on the look and feel of a college cram course with 6 weeks of detailed study guides covering new mens’ and womens’ Spring and Summer Polo Jeans fashions. Each study guide was followed by a Polo Jeans quiz. Retail salespeople scoring 100 on the quiz were able to play for prizes in a “Wheel of Fortune” game. Salespeople could also get another chance to spin the wheel for prizes by entering up to 10 customer names in a database. DJA Handled: Program development, design and hosting of microsite training course and game, customer service, and prize fulfillment.
