Training video and instructions for ordering: mid November Ordering Window: Nov 27 – Dec 8 System Administrator order Paper materials Designate one person within the District as the System Administrator to avoid duplicate orders Tasks to complete All district must order materials or indicate that materials are not needed Enter number of books needed for Braille, Large Print, English, an/and Spanish No need to include an overage

To receive pre-ID answer sheets, identify individual students participating in the paper assessment by January 31 Paper/Pencil Practice Tests available by February 16 Test materials from initial order delivered to districts  March 1-2

50 Testing Time and Scheduling Recommendations
Grade Level Content Area  Approximate number of test questions Estimated test taking time  3-8 Mathematics 48 90 minutes 3-8  English Language Arts 5 and 8 Science  50 – 60  60 minutes Districts/Schools have flexibility in scheduling test sessions Recommendation: two to four sessions per content area For example, given the 90-minute estimated test taking time, Districts/Schools can schedule two 45-minute sessions –OR– three 30-minute sessions

Estimated test taking time does not include: Test ticket distribution Starting the test session Launching the secure browser Student log in Students’ tests can only be paused by Proctor Student will be automatically logged out of the test after 10 min of inactivity Note: Proctor action required for the Student to resume testing
