Would be nice to improve the bar situation after games. Perhaps having players chip in for jugs before the game so there is less waiting after? Or bringing our own if that is allowed. Just thinking back to before the food at the marshes, and more players made a night of it at the howl. Encourage more attendance at training, the best sessions are the well attended ones. Win more games. Few more organised socials, to encourage team bonding. We're doing well for a pub team. Let's be even more ambitious and work hard on the field and enjoy off the field as a club. A coach who can commit to being at training on Tuesdays and also at matches. A physio for the 2nd XV for fixtures at the Marshes. Compulsory training for selection policy. While the people at the club do a fantastic job and cannot be faulted for effort, the low numbers at training does not allow for any improvement and makes going often a useless exercise. The banning of Jack McCarthy from all forms of social media. Would be nice to play the odd away game together with another side, 1 n 2s etc.. More regular social events. Perhaps one Saturday month dedicated to whole club coming together, rather than just individual teams. Pub crawl etc great fun... let's do more! Excellent club, a rare balance of really excellent and structured training from which I have benefited greatly, while allowing third team types to play for the fun of the game, and a great bunch of characters with no chips on their shoulders or overblown egos. Feel like I have found a new home in London! And well done Haines and Lynn! I love this club

16 Let’s all play our part in contributing to the future success of the club
Coaching influence Player influence Everyone benefits Make things better at the club Team selection Commitment level expected from players Attitude to training Attendance at training Quality of the rugby Success on the pitch Clear improvements have been made in important areas, but there’s still plenty of work to do.
