*Drop off is 8:55am
*Pick up is 11:35am
PM Session: Mrs. Berrian, Mrs. Bartholomew, & Mrs. Alameida
*Drop off is 12:55pm
*Pick up is 3:25pm

3. DAily Preschool Information
Folder
*Please send your child’s folder to school daily. We will send home completed activities.
Snack
*Please send your child with a drink and snacks for snack time.
*All snacks must be NUT FREE. We are a nut free classroom.

4. Our Preschool Day *Morning circle activities
*Centers and activities in each center
*Fine motor skills

5. Weekly Newsletters *Our district is going paperless.
*Weekly newsletters will no longer be sent home in the folder. They will now be ed on Mondays. I will the addresses listed on the parent survey sheet, unless otherwise noted.

6. Change of Clothes
*We will keep a change of clothes in the classroom, as needed for accidents or spills.
*As the weather changes, we will send home a note to send in a different change of clothes for the colder weather. We will send home another note in the Spring as the weather becomes warmer.
*If there is a need to change your child’s clothes due to spill or accident, a note will be sent home to send in a new change of clothes.

7. Birthday Celebrations
*No food policy for birthdays.
*We will sing to your child & celebrate with a birthday sticker and crown.
*If you would like to send in something as a celebration of your child’s birthday:
*a game or book to be donated to the classroom
*age appropriate toys/goodie bags for individual students
*We will send home a note that it was your child’s birthday and include the items sent in.

8. Alternate Pick Ups
*If you will be picking your child up early or someone who normally does not pick up your child will picking him/her up, please include a note in your child’s folder.
*If you were not able to send a note in for alternate pick up, please call the office during the preschool session.

9. Delayed Openings/Early Dismissals
*In the event of a delayed opening, there will be no AM Preschool session.
*In the event of an early dismissal there will be no PM preschool.
