Activities: Exercise or do hobbies that keep your hands busy, such as needlework or woodworking that can help distract you from the urge to tobacco consumption or count 1 to 100 numbers orally, recall the happy moments in your life. These products do not contain many of the toxins found in smoke. The goal of therapy is to cut down on cravings for nicotine and ease the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal
