3rd Projects Fair
Armenia is the city that has been selected to do the next Projects Fair for districts 4271 and 4281 in Colombia.
With this fair, we wish not only to strength friendship bonds, but also to present the projects that the Colombian Rotary Clubs have to Rotarians from other countries. We also expect Rotarians from abroad get interested in our projects and decide to support them.
The chairman of Projects Fair is PDG Álvaro Reyes, who is willing to promote the projects that the rotary clubs present in order to get the support needed to improve the communities they are working with .
We are looking forward to seeing you!

3. REASONS FOR VISITING THE COFFEE REGION
In a cup of coffee there is a world we propose to discover in the cultural landscape of coffee, conformed by the departments of Caldas, Risaralda, Quindio and the northern zone of the Cauca Valley.
UNESCO declared this region a World Cultural Heritage in 2011, considering it ¨ an example of a centennial cultural landscape sustainable and productive, in which the collective effort of several generations of peasant families forged exceptional productive, social and cultural institutions.¨
We enter the historic heart of this population whose architecture preserves the heritage of Antioquia colonization, a set of buildings that have stopped in time since 1886, the year of its founding when the municipality had scarcely 500 inhabitants. Most of the houses were built with materials from the region, and were painted with bright colors to contrast with the uniformity of the landscape.
