3 para1: Introduction: What is the topic sentence: Aerobics is one of the most beneficial and also one of the most beautiful forms of exercises. What is the purpose of aerobic exercises? Making the heart and lungs work at a higher rate so as to supply more oxygen to the muscles. What’s the benefits of aerobics? (heart, blood pressure, bones, sleep, fat, energy, stress….)

4 Para2: Amount of aerobic exercise necessary
To what lengths (how often) should we go to do aerobic exercises? Twenty to forty minutes, three to four times a week. What should unhealthy people do? Keep their pulse rates low and do moderate exercise for a longer time. What should healthy people do? They can do exercises that require large amounts of energy. They can even compete in marathons.

5 Para3: forms of aerobic exercise
What are the forms? Running, swimming, cycling, skiing, walking… What are the advantages of these exercises? Our responses get quicker, our mind sharper, and we become more efficient and productive.
