R5FX – How to complain We're sorry that you would like to make a complaint. Your feedback is important to us and letting us know when you're unhappy gives us the opportunity to fix things for you and improve our service for everybody. We’ll also tell you when you can expect to hear back from us. At the same time, we will provide you with a reference number, so we can always find your information quickly when you contact us. We aim to solve problems straight away, but more complex issues take a little longer. If we need to look into things in more detail we'll send you an update on our progress and keep you informed along the way. Our final response When we've thoroughly looked into your complaint, we'll write to let you know our findings. This will be a detailed letter that outlines what we found and what we plan to do as a result. We will request your feedback on whether we have resolved your complaint satisfactorily – please do let us know if you are still unhappy.
