7. What should you do when you feel sick? Tell your parents and then try to get a lot of rest. Get extra exercise. Get up early and go to school. Tell the doctor that you feel fine. 8. Why is it important to get a lot of rest when you are sick? Your body does not need much rest when you are sick. Rest helps you to feel less bored. Your body needs a lot of rest in order to heal. Rest is not important when you are feeling well.
