2. What is SCAP? Site Cleanup Assistance Program
Started in 2006 to remediate Oklahoma National Guard armories and orphan sites
Program Goal: to remediate armories and return to the local community for unlimited use

DEQ performs a Targeted Brownfield Assessment – includes soil and indoor firing range (IFR) lead sampling
DEQ consultant provide inspection reports
