TUL is a program in partnership with Encarnacao Alliance, an international network of urban practitioners and scholars.
It is coordinated by Dr. Viv Grigg, a New Zealand missionary, who lived in the slums of Manila, Calcutta and Sao Paulo.

Possess an undergraduate degree.
