Official Coordinator Formal Application Process Needs Interests Capabilities Pairing in same school but different departments Formal gatherings to support the process Mentor Training Teaching Workshops Frequent contact with protégé (once a month?) Rubrics (classroom visits, discussion guides, Progress/Feedback reports Mentors are recognized and compensated (in some fashion)
