OPTIONS Post a Score Add personal rounds into Golf GamesKeeper Add required information, click “Add Round” Repeat this process to add additional rounds, making sure you click “Add Round” after each complete entry When all rounds are entered, click “Dashboard” to return to your homepage

OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list Click the “Players” Tab Manually – enter required information for each new player. To add additional players, click the “+” symbol. Repeat process to add additional players. When all players are added, click “Add Players”.

OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list Once players have been added, you have created a Player List. You can add additional players at any time

OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From Group – Select the group you wish to add players from, click “Save”. Players from this group will be added to your players list.

OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From – This method will allow you to import contacts from your client. Click the green “Click Here” link and a new screen will appear.

OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From – The applet will start and access your contacts. Once the contacts have loaded, select the players you’d like to add by clicking the checkbox next to the name. Click “Next”

OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From – The players you selected will now be visible. Edit each players information as necessary Click “Add Players” Players will now be added to your Player List If you do not know a players handicap, leave it at zero. This can be changed later.

OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From File – You can upload players using a .csv file. Create a file in your spreadsheet program using the format listed. Save file Click Upload and navigate to the saved file. Click “Open” and the players will upload. Then click “Save Players” These players will now be added to your Players List

OPTIONS Create Event Click the “Events Tab” on the Dashboard Then click the “Create Event” link

OPTIONS Create Event Event Info- Complete all required information, then click “Save and Continue”

OPTIONS Create Event Scoring Option- Default is Stroke Play, Gross & Net Additional scoring options can be added by clicking the drop-down menu. If selecting additional scoring options, click each, then click “Add Scoring” When finished, click “Save” then click “Save and Continue”

OPTIONS Create Event Select Players Add the players that will be playing in your event. Click or drag the players from the Available Players column into the Players Registered column. Blue Tee Members are limited to only 4 players (you + 3 others)

OPTIONS Create Event Select Player Options Verify all information, make any necessary adjustments. Click “Save”, then click “Save and Continue”

OPTIONS Create Event Create Flights (Optional) Creating Flights for an event allows players to compete against other players in their flight If your group does not have more than one flight, click “Save and Continue” now and skip the following steps Blue Tee Members can create up to 2 flights (2, twosomes)

OPTIONS Create Event Hole Assignments If using Tee Times: Enter the proper starting hole (usually #1 or #10) for your group, then click “Save and Continue”.

OPTIONS Create Event Creating Pairings RANDOM: Click the “Randomize” button and players will be randomly paired together. CUSTOM: Click “Move all to Pool” button, all players will be moved into the Players Pool column. Then, drag each player, one by one, into the appropriate pairings you’d like to create. Verify that your selections are accurate, then click “SAVE”. Next, click the “Pairings Details” button to view the set-up for your event.

OPTIONS Create Event Pairing Details This can now be copied into a spreadsheet and sent directly to the course for them to add to the tee sheet, create cart signs and print scorecards. Click the “HOME” tab when finished

OPTIONS Ready to Play Click the “Event” tab Your new event is now listed and shows “Ready to Play” ON COURSE SCORING USING THE GOLF GAMESKEEPER MOBILE APP At this point, you are ready to go play golf! The Golf GamesKeeper software has set everything up so you can use the Golf GamesKeeper Mobile App while you play.

OPTIONS Profile Your personal profile may be edited here at any time. Please make sure you provide a working address and a contact phone number.
