10. Rampart Streetcar Service Change
The RTA Board of Commissioners approved a budget and service design for the Rampart Streetcar and associated changes. The budget invests $2.9 million in:
Increased frequency on 4 lines
Increased network connectivity
Expanded bus coverage
Expanded service hours
