2. Peripheral Artery Disease
Blood vessels outside the heart build up plaque. Plaque buildup narrows the artery and causes an inadequate flow of blood to body tissues, mostly in your limbs.
The symptoms depend on where the clogged artery is, however there is typically either a cramping or numbness in the limbs.
Depending on the severity of the disease, treatment could be a lifestyle alteration or medicine to maintain stable cholesterol and blood pressure.

3. Lymphedema
Swelling in tissues and one or more extremities that result from an impaired flow of blood.
The symptoms include swelling and pain in the effected areas.. Mobility will become more difficult.
There are no permanent cures, but physical therapy and compressions can help control discomfort and reduce swelling.

4. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)
Thickening of heart  muscle, most commonly at the septum between the ventricles, below the aortic valve, leads to stiffening of the walls of the heart and abnormal aortic and mitral heart valve function, both of which may move normal blood flow out of the heart.
The symptoms for this disease are chest pain (pressure), fatigue, breathing problems ( shortness of breath )and fainting
There are no cures found yet but it can possibly be avoided by trying high blood pressure so they would say you should have a diet,specific food maybe a few pills to watch that blood pressure doesn’t go high, also exercises daily.

5. Aortic Valve Stenosis
The main artery carrying blood out of the heart is the aorta. When the blood is leaving the heart, it flows through the aortic valve, into the aorta.  Aortic valve stenosis occurs when the aortic valve does not open fully. This causes the blood flow amount from the heart to decrease.
The symptoms for this disease include breathlessness with activity, chest pain, fainting, weakness or dizziness with activity, or sensation of feeling the heart beat.
In mild cases, treatment is limited to being monitored by a health care provider. In more severe cases, a surgery called balloon valvuloplasty is performed to repair or replace the valve.

6. Myocarditis
Inflammatory heart disease caused by “ stress or bad bacteria getting past the immune system” which causes the heart wall to swell.
Common symptoms include chest pain, shortness of breath, and fatigue
The body heals itself in most cases with rest. However severe cases need additional medications and possibly a heart transplant.
