3 Goals To provide a useful reference of this subject to students.
To help students expand their knowledge of leadership approaches, ethics and the required skills to be a successful leader. To enlighten women of the power of women leaders and the their achievements. To encourage and teach students how to become and play a leader role in any position or place they are in.

4 objectives Students will be able to distinguish different approaches of leadership and give examples of each. Students will be more aware of the importance of leadership and the changes it makes. Students will be able to choose the most suitable from the leadership kinds and play the role depending on it. Students will have more knowledgeable of what exactly is leadership, basics and ethics of it. Women will be more motivated and ready to be a leader as they read about women leaders made huge changes.
