5. How can I change my feelings
We can not instantly change our emotions just by changing our actions. Here is what we need to do:
First, we need to change our thoughts
Then, once thoughts are changed feelings will change
Next, once feelings are changed this will change our actions
Finally, we reach the intended result

6. Give your attitude a little Altitude
When someone ask, “How are you?” smile and say, “I feel great, and you?” this is very important specially when you feel bad. The more often you say it, the easier it is for you to believe it yourself.
Think about the things that make you fee good, and make a list. Try to do as many of those things on the list every day.
