Admissions and Records received 1,545 AA&AS and 1,655 certification petitions for the ‘15-’16 academic year. 450 students participated in the May Commencement Implementation of EASE Office of Student Success & Equity

EASE Tech Initiatives Hobsons E-Sars Laptop Loan Program Campus Logic Maxient SSSP & Equity Plans The goals of Student Success andSupport Program (formerly matriculation) are to ensure that all students complete their college courses, persist to the next academic term, and achieve their educational objectives through the assistance of the student-direct components of the student success & support program (formerly matriculation) process: admissions, orientation, assessment and testing, counseling, and student follow-up. College student equity plans focus on increasing access, course completion, ESL and basic skills completion, degrees, certificates and transfer for all students as measured by success indicators linked to the CCC Student Success Scorecard, and other measures developed in consultation with local colleges.  Improving the Student Experience - Student Data SENSE - SENSE is designed to provide insight into the experiences of credit students as they start their education at the College. CCSF conducted SENSE in fall Survey responses revealed information that will help inform annual planning and action agendas, particularly as we strive to increase student equity. Center Survey Supplemental Questions National Health Assessment Survey Equity Focus Groups Follow Up – Classified Staff and Faculty have provided great suggestions on how to improve the experience – (ex: Registration Process…) Enrollment & Outreach Continue All in One Days Improve Communication with Students Improve the ease of the registration process Improving Collaborations with Academic Affairs Centers Tech Initiatives SSSP & Equity Plans Student Data Enrollment & Outreach Continued Collaborations with Academic Affairs
