What do we mean by Strong Leader and Character Builder?

5. Let’s review for a moment
Leader
Leadership
a person who has commanding
authority or influence
is your capacity to bring men and
women to your common purpose

6. Therefore, Strong Leader based on our definition a while ago, would be someone who has the ability or capability, authority or influence, mandate and the power to lead people towards the right direction.

7. What about Character?
Character in simplest term is nature, quality, temperament, personality, disposition, spirit, moral fiber
In Merriam Webster Dictionary, character is one of the attributes or features that make up and distinguish an individual.

8. Therefore, a character builder must be someone who put his effort to produce people with reputation, moral excellence, firmness, a man of sound character, a person marked by notable or conspicuous(prominent)traits.

9. God Uses the Weak
Isaiah 40:29 “He giveth power to the faint, and to those that have no might…He increaseth strength.”

10. “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
(1 Corinthians 1:19)
“The foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.”
(1 Corinthians 1:25-26)

11. But God hath chosen the foolish things of this world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and… things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are” (1 Corinthians 1:27-28)
Through our weakness, our faltering, our failings, God reveals His wisdom. Through our helplessness, God displays His power. His strength is made perfect in our weakness.
