Generation X buyers of cottages, cabins and chalets across Canada outnumber Baby Boomers by almost two to one, according to the Royal LePage 2016 Canadian Recreational Housing Report released on June 23.

8. Help your clients to a smooth move
Tips from Atlas Canada
Dispose of paints and flammables that can’t be transported such as cleaning fluids and aerosol cans. Ask your Atlas agent for a list of “non-admissible” items.
Movers do not remove items affixed to ceilings and walls. Remove all drapery, curtain rods, etc. prior to moving.
4-6 weeks prior to the move date, book a service company to prepare large appliances for transportation.
Defrost and wipe dry fridge and freezer hours prior to the move date for adequate drying time.
