Job Description
Development and maintenance of the Dealer Sales Operation Manual (DSOM) contents.
Offline/online training contents management for Kia Sales Academy (dealer sales training).
Support for events related to dealer sales training (event organization, presentation, etc.)
Responding to overseas dealer sales training inquires.
Job Requirements
English native speaker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Open to Overseas Koreans (Korean fluency preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or above
- BA in marketing or business administration preferred Experience in auto sales, publishing or job training preferred.
Advanced skill in MS Office
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Outgoing personality with public speaking experience preferred.
