What does this mean?
Popular vote DOES NOT elect the President

3. Electoral Votes Each state receives a certain number of votes
# of Senators = # of Representatives = # of electoral college votes

2 Senators + 8 Representatives = 10 Electoral College Votes

4. Total Electoral College Votes
100 Senators Representatives + 3 votes for Washington D.C.
In order to win, a candidate must win at least 270 votes

5. Who Gets To Be An Elector?
Chosen by political parties in each state/district
