Let’s Make an Animoto You will apply “The Gettysburg Address” to citizens of, the United States, today. Follow the directions below to complete the activity. After re-reading Lincoln’s “Gettysburg Address” you are to create an Animoto answering the following question: How does the Gettysburg Address apply to citizens today? Here are some guiding statements to help you along the way. It is always worth remembering the ideals upon which your nation is founded. The themes and values of the Gettysburg Address, namely freedom and democracy, transcend time. and we have been given a voice which we should use for the betterment of the county.  The government should always act in the interests of its people - and when it does not, it is time for a change. And it is not only about this, it is also about still honoring the dead. how we are now one nation; not divided at all. Animoto directions: Create a 30 second video.   Your video should include the following: (Be sure to make clear the application of “The Gettysburg Address” to citizens today.)
