What is new with the automated timecards?
The semi-monthly payroll registers will be distributed to the Deans, Directors, and Administrative staff so you can review for reasonableness and use for tracking.

4. Northwest University How do I approve my employees timecards?
Step 1: On the last day of the pay period, you will need to approve your employee’s timecards.
Step 2: Login to ADP
Step 3: Click on the Time and Attendance Tab, Home
Step 4: Select Exceptions by Employee, Exceptions in Current Period
Step 5: Review the timecard for reasonableness and accuracy
Step 6: Fix any issues such as a missed punch, no CLV Hours Used reported.
Step 7: Save
Step 8: Select Exceptions by Employee, View by Type
Step 10: Click Supervisor Approval box to approve for each employee
Step 11: Save

5. Northwest University What do I do if I’m on vacation and approvals are required?
Step 1: Login to ADP
Step 2: Click on the Time and Attendance Tab
Step 3: Click on the Options
Step 4: Select User Emulation
Step 5: Select users who can emulate you, select users, click Submit
Step 6: If you are the approver who will cover for another approver.
Step 7: Login to IPAY
Step 8: Click on the Time and Attendance Tab
Step 9: Click Options
Step 10: Select User Emulation, click Emulate, choose the one you are covering for, click Submit
Step 11: To clear Emulation, clear the Emulate checkbox.
