End of Year Report Janell, Mario, or Don not your childcare monitor. Write two well articulated sentences that an outsider would understand for each bullet point. Please use past tense. List specific activities that students participated in related to the SMART Goal. List specific PD your staff completed that relates to the SMART Goal. Extended Learning Programs

List specific program changes made as a result of the data Show data from the beginning of the year, middle, and end in aggregate, not by site Make the chart or table simple to understand. End of Year Report The 21st CCLC cohort 3 and 4 (2013,2014) reports have a budget section. Please provide a detailed narrative with allowable expenses. The actual budget will be entered into ePlan once allocations are loaded. 21st CCLC cohort 2 (2012) and LEAPs do not have budgets because those grants end June 30, 2017. The reports are due in ePlan May 12th 2017. Extended Learning Programs

Program Updates The Summer Symposium Regional Retreats, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time at the following Tennessee State Parks: June 20 – Roan Mountain, 1015 Hwy. 143, Roan Mountain TN 37687 June 21 – Henry Horton, 4209 Nashville Hwy., Chapel Hill TN June 22 – Natchez Trace, Natchez Trace Rd., Wildersville, TN 38388  ` Who should attend? Project directors and one additional staff member are welcome to attend. Is there a cost? There is no cost to participate. Lunch will be on your own. Information about lunch options can be found on the registration website under FAQs. Registration closes June 16th Extended Learning Programs
