Get freed from intoxication Get freed from illicit sex Get freed from gambling Get freed from food with violence

2 The innocence should be protected

3 When you listen to your heart :
The wise are obeyed The holy scriptures are consulted A master of Dharma is accepted

4 * DHARMA * When the principles of liberty are respected
When the defenseless are protected And the names of Sri Govinda are chanted

5 * What is dharma? * The sacred books of the Vedas divide dharma into two categories: dharma and sanatan dharma Dharma is the conduct for advancing piety Sanatan dharma is the eternal and perfect occupation of the soul as servitors of the truth—in other words servitors of God and the whole creation Dharma moves us to improve everything in life and finally to comprehend sanatan dharma

6 Dharma is maintained by Dharma is destroyed by
Honesty Compassion External and internal cleanliness Austerity Gambling Slaughtering animals and eating them Illicit sex Intoxication

7 * What is gambling? * To play with life or with money
To speculate about how much time you have still to live To waste your time with useless amusements Everything that is based on lies To consider life a cosmic accident To live in the illusion that we were born only to have a good time To speak things without sense, offend others or be involved in subjects not related to us

8 * What is austerity? * To suffer voluntarily to help others
To suffer voluntarily to follow spiritual principles To control the mind despite the indecent proposals To study books that promote self-control and expose the bad effects of selfishness To speak only what is necessary, without offending anybody. To speak the glories of God To try to make others happy with ones love and affection. To control envy and anger

9 What gives pain to others?
Everything that makes our smaller brother, the animals, suffer unnecessarily This includes the use of all the by-products of the slaughterhouses Also all the experiments that torture the animals When eating cadavers and when buying by-products of the slaughterhouses, you become responsible as the intellectual author You should treat others in the same way you would like to be treated by them

10 * * What is intoxication? *
All that causes you to not love others as your brothers All that covers your consciousness All that you take which harms you health All that makes you dream and be irresponsible Television Industrial food Addictions anti-natural

11 * What is illicit sex? * Sexual relations without calculating the consequences Without being married and with no desire to increase the family With no purpose of serving the benefit of the involved Outside of marriage there cannot be blessed sex-life Married couples do not advance rapidly if they use sex only for their own pleasure, thereby breaking the rules of dharma Sex with no consideration of the sacred procreation is egoistic

12 Four important recommendations:
Offer all your vegetarian food to Krishna (garlic, onions and mushrooms are not offered) Study the books about God Trust in people who accept dharma Chant the names of God and meditate upon them Use the resources of your life to serve God

13 Dharma is a superior taste
The activities blessed by dharma are full of goodness. They allow you to experience an incredible taste that your soul will appreciate Whatever offends your fellow man will disturb your own advancement. Dharma is the path to spiritual light and to the best behavior in the temporary world

14 Sacred freedom The free will to think and to decide for your own self. If you hurt someone else that's an abuse Be released from the addictions and the impulse of passion and ignorance Be freed from the control of lust, anger and greed Be freed from the authorities ignorant of the real purpose of life Be free to accept a spiritual master and the principles of liberty Be able to control your mind, chant the names of Govinda and have faith and engage in service

15 Liberty means to be free from:
A bad mood Addictions Lying Bad company Bad thoughts Bad intentions Bad food with chemicals Bad medicine with harmful effects Pollution Publicity and propaganda Greed and envy Hypocrisy in relations Hate, rancor and revenge. Indecent desires Greed and desires for unnecessary things. Anguish, complex, depressions and frustration
