2 Alcohol Alcohol is a depressant drug known as ethyl alcohol.
1. Beer: 15 ml alcohol, 4% alcohol (Fermentation). 2. Wine: 15 ml alcohol 10% alcohol (Fermentation). 3. Whiskey: 15 ml alcohol 40% - 50% alcohol (Distillation).

1 can beer = 1 glass whine = 1 shot whisky = 1 Drink.

Blackout – period of memory loss caused by alcohol use. Cirrhosis of the liver is the 9th leading cause of death in the U. S. and is caused by heavy alcohol use, which destroys liver cells. Heavy alcohol use can destroy neurons and reduce the size of the brain.
