A color coded takeoff defining the project scope by railing style and location. SC Railing takes responsibility for a complete bid per plans and specs.

Upon project award, SC Railing develops a full submittal package containing 3-D submittal renderings based upon architecturals, structurals and in coordination with other trades shop drawings.
3D drawings are provided to simplify the work in the field. Setup drawings include specifics such as: starting point, check dimensions and individually labeled part locations.
3-D renderings and section views based on submittal drawings provided for each project.
Submittal details highlight and depict potential concerns with drawings and/or other trades.
Each component labeled for accurate installation placement.
Check dimensions provided throughout drawings to verify installation is on track.
Confirms design intent, and reviewed for IBC code compliance.
