2 Cortijo el Burraco This superb olive farm & equestrian estate is isolated from any kind of noise in a privileged enclave within the area of the Natural Park 70 km from Cordoba and 80 km from Antequera. The old, but well maintained and traditionally furnished cortijo is organised in the typical Andalusian architecture with a large internal patio giving access to the stables, staff quarters, storage and main house. In the center of the patio is a well which feeds the farmhouse with a flow of 8,000 liters / hour and a water softening station that leaves the water very fine for any domestic use.

4 Main House The main house has several reception rooms with open fireplaces and beamed ceilings on the ground floor as well as two kitchens, one of them industrial catering to bigger events. On the upper floor are seven double bedrooms with two bathrooms and the master suite. The staff quarters could easily be converted into guest suites and include another six bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

10 Land The land in total is 277,3608 hectares of which the olive groves amount to 202 hectares and there are 36,000 highly productive olive trees with an annual subsidy of around € , ha are variety Hoijblanca, 30 ha are variety Picual and 20 ha are variety Manzanilla, all the trees have automatic irrigation. The rest of the land is made up of 1,9957 ha arable, 15,0706 pastureland, 0,0440 wooded pasture, 2,9830 ha unproductive, shrub pasture and the rest are fruit trees.

11 Irrigation The irrigations are drip fed and buried underground with only the drippers being visible. The water intake is made by a channel of 15 meters in length and is 2 meters below the level of the water slide of the river, with some floodgates and a well in which is submerged an American Worthington pump and a German Siemens motor (the best equipment there is). Totally automatic and programmable this raise the water to the raft with a flow of 30 liters per second. This raft has a capacity of 25,000,000 liters and irrigates the entire farm. There is a warehouse of 350 m2 with the whole installation of filters, fully automatic, which irrigates the property in two sectors, one with the new olive grove and another sector .

13 Machinery & Equipment The farm boasts the most modern equipment with fully automatic irrigation, computerized fertilization, huge water reservoirs and pumping stations. The very complete machine park includes ten modern tractors, harvesting machinery, pick up trucks and all the necessary tools. There are two warehouse, one of about 400 m2 for fodder for the livestock and the other around 2,000 m2 for the horses. There is a magnificent 800 m2 warehouse with Arabian tile roof, equipped with a few offices and a warehouse for irrigation, where all the implements are stored.

14 Equestrian Facilities
There are stabling facilities for 70 horses with most of the horse feed being grown on the farm. Turnout areas, horse walker & paddocks. There is a large bodega at present serving as a hall for the horse carriages. The large covered terrace leads into the garden with swimming pool and bordering a big lake fed by the Genil river which provides the necessary water for the land.

20 There are permanent staff all year round and additional staff are employed for the harvest season. A truly interesting farming business combining modern efficiency with Andalusian charm and tradition. The price for the property includes, all furniture, fittings and farm machinery. There is a concession in perpetuity from the Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir or 39L/sec. The water is pumped from the river to a m2 reservoir at the highest point of the finca which has a capacity of liters.

21 Location The finca is reached by an asphalted road 3.1 km from the main road. There is only one entrance to the estate with its iron gate and it is totally fenced and surrounded by the Rio Genil. Centrally situated 110 km from Seville, 80 km from Antequera and 70 km from Cordoba.
