3 Committee work Committee work can be divided into three parts::
Handle daily business:meeting minutes, correspondence, personal files and records, activity reports, training arrangement, service arrangement, recruit and train new members, finance matters, maintenance Plan unit activities:enrolment, recruitment plan, service projects, training courses, friendship programs, international exchange programs. Arrange basic training: YBT course, Drill course and other skills training courses YBT (Session 3)

4 Senior youth members Roles and responsibilities:
Assist UO to lead and guide members As instructor/trainer for basic training in units Lead members to complete the requirement of PP Enhance individual quality and leadership ability YBT (Session 3)

5 Criteria and insignia:
Senior youth members Criteria and insignia: Form 3 or above, has completed practicing stage﹔ For form 3 or above students, can direct enter the probation scheme of senior youth members. When complete the required activities, become senior youth members. Wear RCY epaulettes for identification YBT (Session 3)

14 Youth service award Bronze award Silver award Service hour: 100
Gold award Service hour: 300 YBT (Session 3)

15 Criteria for enrolment
Need to complete: Youth basic training (with exam) Youth elementary first aid Drill course (with exam) Assist service activities (two times or at least 5 hours) / explore volunteering spirit Participate in friendship activity One of elective item in learning stage YBT (Session 3)
