4 Early Learning Payment
ECE subsidy Administered by Work and Income A whānau or family must be enrolled in Family Start The child must be between 18 and 36 months Child must be attending a licensed or certificated ECE service or kōhanga reo ELP will cover the costs (up to a maximum hourly payment of $7.55) for up to 20 hours per week Presentation to Early Childhood Advisory Committee re Family Start Budget 17
