5 Audit Log The audit log can be used to track different actions performed within the site.

6 Delete Log The delete log can be used to search for records that were accidentally deleted. Uh oh!

7 The log allows you to pull a log of s sent through the system within a specified period of time. You can select a reason or leave the reason blank to pull all mass s. Log

9 System Stats The System Stats Reports gives administrators the ability to run pre-set statistical reports on the following databases: Students Employers Jobs Schedules Career Events Mentors Faculty

10 System Stats Ex. These reports give a quick breakdown between Active and Inactive records, as well as the Placement and Referral Activity and new records for the date range entered.

“And” Criteria Statements “And” is indicating that all of your added criteria must match to be included in the results Example: Active Co-op students with a current resume

15 Report Criteria “Wildcards” /“Is Like”
The wildcard is used in conjunction with the comparator “Like”/“Not like” and is represented by the % sign, used to substitute for any other character or characters in a string. Example: Searching for all employers with the word “school” in the organization name

“Is Empty” This is used when there is a null value associated with the data in question Example: Student records missing a primary

“Today/Yesterday” This is used to target date formatted fields within the various record of the databases Example: All jobs created “today” with an active status.
