1. Remove the hopper and unscrew the three screws of the top cover.
2. Remove the aluminium cover.

3. Unscrew the three screws of the upper burr support and remove it.
4. Unscrew the screws of the two burrs .
Remove the burrs from their support.
5. Change the burrs and finally reassemble all the parts.
