“Pobuca combined with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory is the perfect solution for contact management in our company." – Constantinos Tzavaras, Chief Executive Officer, SiEBEN SITUATION SiEBEN was using Pobuca to manage its business contacts, but each of its 120 Pobuca users had to have a separate account in the app and user management was made in Pobuca. If a user was not deactivated manually, former employees could access company contact lists. SiEBEN needed an easy way to import contacts from Outlook and to secure user authentication so employees could search for contact or organizations stored in Pobuca. Pobuca’s unique selling proposition is to sync shared company contact lists to each user’s smartphone. Moreover, Pobuca offers optional in-app purchases, like digital marketing campaigns, salesforce automation, and corporate gifts management. SOLUTION Pobuca supports the initial import of contacts from Microsoft Outlook to Pobuca and integrates with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 for user authentication. Users login to Pobuca with their Office 365 credentials and access Pobuca from Outlook. Pobuca implemented business-class signatures and cloud storage. SiEBEN upgraded Pobuca to use Office 365 and Azure Active Directory for user management to facilitate new user registration and to automatically deactivate former employees. Pobuca and Office 365 use Azure Active Directory to provide user access, while Active Directory also verifies the passwords and provides access to the Pobuca app. BENEFITS Integration with Office 365 provides a big advantage to Pobuca’s app by allowing users to access stored contacts through the Outlook Add-in. Customers can create and manage users in the Office 365 admin center and sync them with the Pobuca user management system.
