put margarine, sugar, flour and eggs into mixing bowl and beat well making sure you get plenty of air into your mixture until it is light, soft and fluffy. Gently put into cake cases- it will make 12

Butter Icing – Beat 75 grams of butter until soft , then add 200 grams of icing sugar. When it looks like soft paste its ready
Glace Icing – Mix together 225 grams icing sugar with a 2-3 tablespoons water – a spoonful at a time
Melting Chocolate – Break into pieces and put into a small plastic bowl. Microwave in 10 sec bursts – Do not let it burn.
Decorate with sprinkles, sweets etc
