1. Title: Identifying Organic Compounds 2. Purpose/Background: Include the Fundamental Question, discuss the “Biological Significance” and the “Content from Class” 3. Protocol: Materials (copy from handout—you bring one food to test along with the food label) Safety concerns (summarize from handout) Flow chart (drawings of procedures) 4.
