Tries to avoid: This person does not like undeserved praise or hidden messages. The ideal manager: His manager must be a person who sets objectives as well as himself. Communication Style: He is quite direct even though he is short-tempered. This person likes to express his ideas in brief and does not like to explain of waist time on motivation. Decision-making: He sees a fast decision-maker as a good decision.-maker. He does not always listen to others. Communication Style: He is a pleasant debater with good qualification both for listening and for participating in a discussion. He is not terribly good at inspiring and motivating others. Decision-making: He would rather not make difficult decisions or decisions of which he does not know the consequences.
