Spend at least 5 minutes planning and checking your writing Sentence variety – in length (short and long), and sentence starters Use a one-word sentence, and a one-sentence paragraph. Like this. Use AFOREST features (alliteration, RQs, statistics etc.) their/they’re/there and your/you’re Use all of the punctuation marks you can : ; ( ) … “” . , CHECK YOUR CAPITAL LETTERS AND FULL STOPS!! Opening and Ending Links/Bomb sentences Try to use more ambitious vocabulary, even if you can’t spell it! You still get credit. Any questions?
