3 administration of Agreement (Article 25 section d, p. 69)
Building/Program Representatives and Principals/Program Administrators meet monthly to review administration of the contract. Opportunity for checking in and problem solving Solutions must be consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement or Contract Exceptions must be approved. If there are disagreements over the meaning of the Contract, follow the process outlined in Article 5, C9d and C10d. Provides context for the primary purpose of these joint training sessions – about both content and process

Standard workday 7½ hours (8 hours for certain specialists on list.) (Sec. C.1 & 2) 15 minutes before & after the student day (up to 7½ minutes duty each 15 minutes) (Sec. C.3) 30 minute duty-free lunch – 2/3 FTE or full day (Sec. C.4.a & b) Start 7:45 or later, end by 4:00 PM* (Sec. C.3) * For program reasons, can extend to 5:00 PM for a few, volunteers sought
