Federal Government has a 5% WOSB goal 373 (6-digit) NAICS designated for WOSB 51% unconditionally & directly owned by women No minimum amount of time in business SBA holds the repository Self certifying (free) or Third-Party certifiers Set-aside contracts 5% goal has never been met in 20 yrs. 4 third-party certifiers – may charge a fee WOSB’s complete SBA Form 2413 EDWOSB complete SBA Form 2414 – eventhough it has 1/31/14 expiration date
