6. Step 1: Open stature
Click “link to stature production environment” to open Stature

User name: Same one you use to login to Windows

15. Troubleshooting
Ensure that you are using a 32-bit version of Internet Explorer (IE). To verify, check the process name of IE in the Windows Task Manager. The process name should be iexplore*32.exe. The ‘*32’ in the name indicates that IE is run as a 32-bit process.
Disable the Compatibility View in the browser.
Disable the ActiveX filtering in IE. Click Tools and if a check mark is present on the ActiveX Filtering menu item, click to clear the check mark. b
Set your browser security as follows:
Click Tools > Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Trusted sites security zone.
Set the Security level for the trusted sites zone to “Medium-Low”
Click the “Sites Button”, Uncheck the box: Require server verification ( for all sites in this zone, then add to the trusted zone. c e d

If you are using windows 8 or 8.1, please consider changing to Windows 7 or 10
If you have IE11, have you installed rich client?
If you are using Chrome or Firefox, switch to IE
