In many sports, teams have a day that players with anger management go to discuss the issues they have. Organized sports help control anger issues because players are afraid to get angry and ruin the game and lose.

Organized sports helping anger management When ever there is a player in a team that has issues of anger, the team adminstraition organizes appointment at the club where groups of players sit down and discuss there issues that make them angry. Psychologists doctors and experts of anger management help the players resolve there problems. These experts found out that organized sports help players control there anger.

Organized sports controls anger because of the player has the fear of making his team lose the match because of him and his anger issues. So he controls him self and keep his anger and converts it to concentration. Organized sports also sometimes help people lose weight because it also causes anger issues when people make fun peoples obesity.

Basketball makes people healthy because it makes them run and gets them to forget there issues. It controls anger in a person because when ever you step on the court you forget there problems and issues, it makes them control themselves and concentrate in the game. It also calms them down.

Players control there anger because of the fear of losing and getting blamed for the lose because of his anger. Football helps in anger management same as any other sport. Players convert there anger into power for shooting the ball hard enough and concentrate to shoot it in the place you want. It also gets rid of obesity and fat. People have anger problem because people do not stop making fun of there look and shape which causes anger and hatred towards your self.

Baseball converting your anger into power and concentration is easy because youb take everything out on that little ball. It also helps you control your anger in many ways, like when you see your team mates ready to run and motivate you to make a homerun it makes you forget the anger inside you. Baseball makes you calm because you never know when the ball will come towards so you must expect it.

It makes people healthy and strong because when you run you lose weight. Obesity is a huge problem because whenever a person makes fun of an obese person the other person will get angry and have issues. Obesity and anger have a strong connection, that’s why obese people get easily angry.

In billiard concentration is important. People with anger management must convert this anger to concentration. Being calm when the other player plays because if you talk you will lose. When you play billiard you must control your anger because it effects you skills and make you lose games.

When you move anger will reduce because there will be less pressure on you. Health is a very big problem in the society because of health people are concerned and stressed and stress causes anger. Tennis helps anger because when you are obese and you play tennis and lose wieght and anger will become history because no body will make fun of you.

Make obesity and anger go away Tennis is very useful because it makes you busy and forget about your issues. It keep you calm because when you freak out you will lose and get freaked out more. It makes obesity and anger disappear because when you lose weight it will reduce the amount of anger in a person. Obesity is a very big problem for angry people.

13 Conclusion Sports has helped and improved many players with their anger issues. As it shows that playing sports helps them relax and forget your problems as they play. Practicing those sports might help you convert your power or anger into the sports, keeps you busy or even make obesity go away due to the exercises you do.
