(USFF/NAVNORTH) COMMANDER’S CRITICAL INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS (CCIR) Threats, known or unknown, that may endanger the United States, it’s territories, possessions, infrastructure or allies. Political crisis, humanitarian crisis, or other catastrophic event that has occurred or is taking place worldwide that may require Navy forces to deploy. Major natural or man-made incidents worldwide that may result in loss, damage, emergency evacuation, sortie or deployment of Navy forces. Major natural or man-made incidents that may result in closure, major degradation, loss of all communications, emergency evacuation, or COOP of USFF HQ, a supporting/subordinate/higher HQ., or CONUS Navy installation or facility. Notification of an increase in DEFCON, FPCON, INFOCON, REDCON, MAP, MOC condition, MARSEC, NTAS, DIA threat level, CRPL or ACL or ROE/RUF or any event that would warrant consideration of a change in DEFCON, FPCON INFOCON, REDCON, MAP, MOC condition, MARSEC, NTAS, DIA threat level, CRPL or ACL or ROE/RUF. Events or reports(e.g. CRITC, OPREP 3 Pinnacle or OPREP 3 Navy Blue) capable of generating Media attention or generating inquiries from OSD, OPNAV, NORAD-USNORTHCOM, USSTRATCOM or other Component Commanders. Any event or issue, natural or man-made, that may result in a Navy installation or unit being unable to achieve AT/FP requirements or require further planning/augmentation in the USNORTHCOM AOR. Death, serious injury, removal from power, or arrest of Government/Political/Military Leader. An event or issue that results in a significant degradation to a Navy Warfighting capability or negatively impacts the Navy’s ability to meet an Operational Commitment. Msg Rcvd via USFF: (25MAR15 / 1027) CCIR 10 USFF REQUEST FOR FEASIBILITY OF DIVE SUPPORT TO CONDUCT STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT AND PHOTO CAPABILITY OF 5 PIERS WITH 2 PERSONNEL. (25MAR15 / 1114) CCIR 9 CTU HAD A BOAT RUN AGROUND. WHILE CONDUCTING SECURITY MISSION AT PORT OF JACKSONVILLE THEY HAD A BOAT GET TO CLOSE TO THE NORTH JETTY AND HIT A SUBMERGED ROCK. RESULTS WAS A 1 X 1 FOOT HOLE CAUSING THE BOAT TO SINK ON THE ROCKS. ALL CREW MEMBERS WERE RECOVERED FROM THE BOAT. Msg Rcvd via USFF:
