Making Saas Work Cornerstone has spend significant time and resources to develop a client service strategy that is fundamentally focused on our mutual success. This strategy is a result of 12 years of learnings from managing relationships with clients in the evolving software-as-service business model. These learnings have been transformed into an engagement model that is clear, concise and actionable. Our success together will require a commitment from both of our organizations. In order to make those commitments, both parties must see value in the relationship, understand expectations and have a clear vision for success. Cornerstone has devised an easy way to articulate vision, value and expectation. Over the next 30 minutes, I will explain exactly what our relationship will look like as we embark on this journey together. This will drive the overall flow of our discussion today. The process by which we will take your from concept to a live solution and specifically how you will be successful in getting to that point, including Implementation and what we call Incubation.
