June- field trip to the APS planetarium-Free
$15 Party Donation (paper products, food, drinks, crafts, etc.)
October 31st -Halloween party
December 21st -Global Holiday Celebration
February 14th-Valentine’s Day Party
June -End of Year Party
A New Book-Holiday Book Exchange (December)
Contributions of snack; Friday Fresh (as needed)
If any balance from the party donation remains, it will be allocated to an end of year celebration, seasonal projects. (Cannot be used towards gifts for staff, teachers, etc.)
The total cost for the year is $25.00 per child in the class, which will cover all the year’s expenses. Cash/check in the attached envelope, return by Monday, Sept. 19th. Checks made out to ASFS.

9. Conferences Thursday, October 6th 8:30am-8pm
Friday, October 7th 8:30am-12pm
Conferences will not be held on any other day.
If you are unable to attend a phone conference will be scheduled during conference days.
No childcare provided
One conference per family
