Purpose of The Edge
The Edge is a scheme to develop and accredit in students personal attributes that are essential for employability and life.
Skills that employers look for when recruiting employees.
It focuses on non-academic strengths of individuals and allows them to showcase these and work towards three different types of accreditation.

3. Aims and Objectives
To provide framework for you to demonstrate five key skills:
Leadership
Organisation
Initiative
Resilience
Communication
To support you in developing and evidencing these skills.
To deliver a programme that supports a student centred environment.
