2. Lost Lake Chorus Vision Statement
“In Chorus we will spread the love and joy of music by improving our singing skills and knowledge, having the courage to perform for others, finding friendship, and finding ourselves in the music we sing.”

3. Lost Lake Chorus Code of Cooperation
1. Follow beginning-of-rehearsal SOPs. a. Place backpack against wall. b. Get water and go to the bathroom. c. Sit in your spot with your water bottle only. 2. Voices need to be a level 0 so we can learn quickly. 3. Participate 100%. 4. Stay on task (“Do not mess around.”). 5. Chorus-related conversations only 6. Raise your hand to speak. 7. Follow directions. 8. Sing from the heart and be yourself.

4. Chorus Contract Student Pledge
I will report to the music room at 3:05 P.M. and will be dismissed at 4:15 P.M. on Tuesday afternoons beginning on August 23.
I will not run or be loud in the common areas of the school before, during, or after Chorus rehearsals.
I will listen to and follow all directions, and will demonstrate respect for all.
I understand that one unexcused absence, two excused absences, three late pick-ups, a disciplinary suspension, or failure to maintain an A/B average (no more than 2 C’s on any report card, and no D’s or F’s), will result in dismissal from Chorus.
If I have an unavoidable conflict (such as a trip or appointment scheduled more than three months in advance) or an emergency, and must miss a rehearsal or performance, I will notify Mrs. Antmann in writing at least three weeks prior.
